• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.
• We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service and users.

• You may connect compatible wallets and submit transactions through the Service.
• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Confirm details before submitting.
• Network fees (“gas”) and confirmation times depend on the blockchain network conditions.

• Some payments (utilities, subscriptions, merchant payments) may involve third-party providers.
• We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for their outages, errors, or policies.
• Where applicable, your SFK payment may be converted or settled through external channels to complete a bill payment.

• Do not use the Service for fraud, unauthorized transactions, money laundering, or illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to access or disrupt the Service, data, or infrastructure.
• Do not impersonate another person or provide false information.

• The Service may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, network issues, or third-party dependencies.

• Some actions may include fees (network fees, service fees, provider fees). These may vary.
• Any applicable fees will be shown in the interface where possible.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Digital assets carry risk, including price volatility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFK and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of assets due to user error, network failures, or third-party failures.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will attempt to notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
